EPA removes the R-410A installation deadline for existing equipment
A May 2026 final rule lets residential and light-commercial systems built before 2025 be installed until inventory runs out. The 2025 manufacturing cutoff still stands.
Electrical, mechanical, fire protection and millwright crews that plan, build and commission together. One schedule, one team accountable for how the systems work as a whole.

Every one of our four trades is delivered by Enertec crews and supervisors. When a project needs more than one, they plan, build and commission it as one team.
Owners and general contractors can bring us in for a single trade or the full package. Either way, you get crews who understand how their work connects to the systems around it.

Power distribution, motor control, instrumentation and life-safety systems for facilities that can't go dark.

Process piping, HVAC and plumbing, coordinated with every other system in the room.

Sprinkler, standpipe and fire pump systems installed and tested to code, ready for occupancy.

Setting, aligning and maintaining the pumps, motors and process equipment that keep a facility running.
When electrical, mechanical, fire protection and millwright work sit with one company, the coordination happens inside our team instead of across four contracts.
Every trade sequenced in a single plan, so crews aren't waiting on each other or working on top of each other.
Owners and general contractors deal with one project manager for all four scopes.
Clashes between pipe, duct, conduit and sprinkler mains get resolved in coordination, before anything is installed.

Not every project arrives with a finished set of drawings. On design-build work, Enertec takes responsibility for designing and building the electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems, so the team pricing and installing them is involved from the first concept.
Designing with installation in mind means fewer changes on site, earlier cost certainty and systems that are easier to build, operate and maintain. We also work design-assist alongside an owner’s engineer, or build to a tendered design, whichever suits the project.
A typical mix for the sectors we work in. Every project is scoped individually, so treat this as a starting point.
Industry updates, code changes and what they mean for owners and builders.
