Many of the people who run our projects started on the tools. We’d like that to be true of the people we hire next.

  1. Apprentice

    Paid on-the-job training alongside experienced journeypersons, with time for in-school training.

  2. Journeyperson

    Certified in your trade and trusted with more complex systems and live-facility work.

  3. Foreperson

    Leading a crew, planning the day’s work and mentoring apprentices.

  4. Supervisor

    Running a site or a trade across a whole project, coordinating with the other Enertec trades.

  5. Project management

    Owning projects from estimate to turnover, with the field experience to back it up.

Working at Enertec.

Do you hire apprentices?

Yes. We hire apprentices in each of our trades and pair them with experienced journeypersons on real projects.

Will I have to travel?

Some roles involve travel to project sites in Canada and the United States. Each posting says what to expect.

Do you post specific openings?

We hire throughout the year rather than for set postings. Send us your CV and we’ll keep it on file and contact you when a suitable role comes up.

Do you only hire tradespeople?

No. We also hire project managers, site supervisors, estimators and office staff.
